Only 13 countries worldwide have not reported a single covid-19 case

The coronavirus has spread rapidly around the world since originating in Wuhan, China late last year with the number of worldwide cases quickly approaching 3.5 million.

The United States accounts for almost one-third of those cases with the number of virus infections approaching 1.2 million and almost 70,000 deaths attributed to covid-19 over the past few months.

Europe has also been hit hard with every country on the continent reporting cases of the infection.

In fact, Antarctica is the only continent on Earth that hasn’t reported a single case of the virus, mainly due to its isolation from the rest of humanity.

Despite the rapid transmission of the virus worldwide, there are still 13 countries that have not reported a single case of covid-19.

The countries are listed below in order of population:

  1. North Korea
  2. Turkmenistan
  3. Lesotho
  4. Solomon Islands
  5. Vanuatu
  6. Samoa
  7. Kiribati
  8. Federated States of Micronesia
  9. Tonga
  10. Marshall Islands
  11. Palau
  12. Tuvalu
  13. Nauru

Thailand has reported 2,969 coronavirus cases with 54 deaths.
