A 7-11 store clerk in Tha Maka, Kanchanaburi province, was harassed and kidnapped by perpetrators as they robbed the convenience store on Thursday.
The two bandits arrived at the store at around 3 am, directly mugging the store clerk managing the shop.
The muggers demanded that the store clerk turn over all the money in the counter.
The robbers stole more than 10,000 baht at the store.
After the robbers’ request was obliged, one of the muggers then pulled down the face mask and forcibly kissed the female clerk. They then abducted the woman.

However, after traveling with her for about five kilometers, the thieves then dropped the woman at the road’s side.
According to the authorities, the woman was without any injuries. Shortly after, the victim was brought to a hospital for a physical examination.
The police then quickly traced and arrested the suspects, with one of the perpetrators located at his house in tambon Tha Mai of Tha Maka district.
The authorities found incriminating evidence on the lot of the 21-year old suspect’s house, including two plastic bags containing baht coins, two bottles of alcohol stolen from the convenience store, and the motorcycle and knife used to carry out the crime.
Surprisingly, one of the robbers was a young accomplice, aged only 17.
The teenager then confessed to the crime that they’ve committed.
The authorities have filed charges against the pair, including colluding in robbery and illegal detention.
